Going out on hikes is one of my favorite pastimes. Part of hiking is taking photos of wildflowers, wildlife and scenery discovered along the trail with my iPhone. I used to worry about grabbing for my phone and dropping it onto a rock or into the waterway I was crossing. Now I always take my Hangtime ‘buddy’ hiking tokeep my phone/camera securely attached to my waistband...no worries about dropping or losing my phone.

I’ve ordered a couple for various iPhone models, 8, 8 Plus, 10 and 10 Plus and all of the Koala models are crap, they don’t fit well, the are keeping the off button pressed, so the phone switches off, complete useless, ended up throwing away

This product is a nice harness for your rigging job, climbing on event trussing, scaffoldings and towers alike. You are safe with your own full body harness as well as your mobile phones. Take note wash it after use as grease and grime can cause possible but not always slippages.

Very well made and handsome little gismo. Active people will like it, as active people seem to drop phones a lot. Packaging and color options are great.

I have used this several times on the water while paddling on my SUP and it has not failed to meet expectations. Phone stays in place and it is much easier to take pictures while one the water.

Loved the idea for skiing and it really keeps the phone safe. Have had the clip to my coat slip off a few times but normally notice it long before it releases. The main issue is the straps on the back can block the camera and on the sides it pushes the volume button so it changes volume on its own. But even with these issues I would not stop using it, great device.

I mostly purchased this product for skiing, I love being able to confidently pull my phone out on the chairlift and check the map, message friends to find out where they are on the mountain, or take a selfie! So far I love this, I even gave 2 to friends, so far I have only used it for my winter activities but anticipate it will also be great for hikes.

I am very please with the Hangtime Koala grip for my phone. I bought it specifically for skiing as I am always fearful of loosing my phone on a ski lift.I actually purchased four for the family all in different colors and they are all great!

KOALA helps a lot for me to use my phone without worry too much that I might drop it, especially I need to pay lot more attention to the kids.Highly recommended

It’s a great idea if it did fit iPhone11. I hope a koala that fits will be sent soon.

Overall I'm satisfied with the harness. It fits and stays where it's supposed to. Downside is I would like to be able to change attachment options (from current clip to a carabiner for example) and that is not an option.

My husband leaves his phone everywhere. He had a phone stolen from his desk at school. We go on routine search missions in the house, the car, the porch, etc. I bought him a Koala. It's unobtrusive, long enough and easy to use. We've cut our search missions by at least 75%

After dropping my phone in the ocean a few years back, when I saw this being crowdfunded, I knew I had to have it. So far I've used it skiing and it's been awesome! Looking forward to using it for more water sports this summer!

I mean, that’s a given. Sometimes one of the corners comes free from my 11pro with case, but otherwise it’s great.

I got 5 of these for myself, husband and adult children. We are avid skiers, hikers, climbers and kayakers. We haven't gotten to the summer sports yet but we've all LOVED these on our phones while skiing. We didn't have to sweat being on the chairlift with our phones out or dropping them with slippery gloves. They are priceless! My son had seen the rest of us with these and didn't say anything because he was hoping he'd get one, too. He was very happy he did after spending the winter (when not in quarantine) working and skiing at Breckenridge. Great invention!

I loved this idea so much I bought a 10-pack for friends and family for Christmas. I used mine extensively over the ski season. My only recommendation would be to improve the clip option so it locks in more securely and easily to various attachment point that may be found on jackets. It never seemed as foolproof as the stretchy phone holder and unclipped on a couple rare occasions when I was taking my jacket on/off.

I used my Koala Hangtime at a festival - it was great! I had no worries about losing my phone but it was always handy for capturing some great photos!

It works quite — but it does not stick enough sometimes… slips away because the rubber ist not sticky enough.

Use my koalas for my pixel 2 with some adjustments for cameras and for my Sony Xperia Z 5 without any adjustments. Koala protects my phone's against bumps and lost. Love it!!!!

Our family of 4 traveled to Hawaii in January; for a week, my husband went hiking so I was alone with the kids. We hopped on and off buses, wandered beaches, and I juggled - holding the 5yo's hand, carrying a backpack (and sometimes shopping) and often wearing the 2yo! Having my phone on the Koala clip gave me extra security! I was able to pull my phone from my pocket to capture a quick photo, then pop it away again, safe in the knowledge that I wasn't going to drop it, have it slip out or have it snatched away! Very, very happy with this purchase. Selfie mode meant I needed to make a quick readjustment to the corner placement, but this was easily done.
