Koala is super helpful in my daily commute! I use it to make sure my phone have extra security, both walking and on the train. Getting on and off a train always makes me try to grip my phone tighter, and Koala helps ease that kind of anxiety. In short, Koala is very helpful in city life!

The holder is amazing, unfortunately the leash is just a little to short, or the coil a little too tight and it occasionally makes getting the right shot a little difficult, particularly if you’re in a somewhat precarious position yourself! If you make a version 2 with a better leash, sign me up! Thanks!

I love this. It’s easy to pop on and off, and it does it’s job wonderfully. I bought it primarily for use while snowboarding and skiing so I can pull my phone out on the lift without so much worry. Bought 5 more for gifts, and people don’t always understand what they are right away, but once they start using they Koala, they’re believers.

I loved this idea when I first read of it; women’s clothing, more often than not, lacks pockets. This is one way to work around this. But success can depend on a person’s size. For men who are are the shorter size, pant pockets can take up for of the length of the elastic. For short women, who are more numerous than men, many clothing styles and materials make it more difficult. If a shirt, pants, dress, or coat isn’t a sturdy material that will securely hold the clip, the KOALa doesn’t help, unfortunately. The KOALA is light, but most smart phones aren’t. I tried ways to shorten the stretch of the elastic, but in clothes lacking pockets, I haven’t been able to use it secure so that my phone or the KOALA stays secure. So I do recommend it, BUT specifically to people who aren't shorter than average or to anyone whose clothing lacks pockets or very sturdy fabric.

HiThis product looks like some i would use often.However, I have not received my order for the Third time.The customer service is good, the staff seem on to it, but after the third time not receiving the products I have actual given up.All three parcels had tracking information.None of the packages have been delivered.

In various high lifts, big drops, great scenery, and I wasn’t at all afraid to take the phone out to take all those terrific photos. Next month (as soon as things open up) hoping to kayak Lake Powell and already have this in the packing pile.

Unfortunately the rubber bands pop off sometimes when I pull the phone out of my pocket.

i love how easy it is to use and detach when in the lodge. works as expected, very well. only gripe is the band crosses over the volume button on the corner and also needs to be adjusted so it is not across the lens. i have a samsung S7. other phones may be fine. and it is not a big deal, just an annoyance.

Durable and easy to use. It will be perfect if the loop can be detached to make it handheld.

I got this for use while on the snowy mountain. I have used my cellphone while snowboarding. Who hasn’t? Either on the slopes to show how badly I go down the mountain, or on the lift to check in with friends and family. Now I know I won’t drop my phone. Works great.

Taking photos while riding a camel on Morocco. Phone in one hand and reins in the other. I felt extremely secure and able to manipulate phone and not having to worry about dropping the phone. I took great photos. Camel did not mind

The Koala Hangtime is an essential device for my ocean kayaking trips. It is reassuring to have my phone securely attached to my PFD while taking pictures, checking weather, tides charts, etc. Super well built.

We live in the Alps, now we can safely take photos from chairlifts while skiing, and will definitely use our Koala for via ferrata climbs this summer. We love our Koala!

I love my Koala. Traveling through South East Asia I clipped my phone to myself whenever I was in crowded areas and also when I was on the scooter. I would clip it to itself and wear it on my wrist as well when I was walking and taking lots of photos. Really made a huge difference in my confidence with using my phone while travelling. The staff at the Apple store in Change Airport loved it and asked where I found it. Absolutely recommend it.

The Koala phone holders are brilliant.We used them when we were snowboarding, it meant our phones were accessible for photos & videos but we had the peace of mind to know they wouldn't get lost.Really easy to fit, and adjusts simply around the camera lenses.Brilliant!

The KOALA is exactly what I had hoped for. I purchased several for skiing/riding/snowshoeing friends, and I would purchase again.The product's design is flexible and fits many (most?) devices and their various connections and camera configurations.One corner sometimes rolls off when wrangling phone from jacket pockets (especially when using gloved hands on the lift), but sticky silicon helps to keep phone secure.The clip works best when fastened around a bump in material (e.g., zipper, draw-cord, seam, hem, etc...)Test anchor point(s) before adventuring; a closed clip may still slide off of thin or slick material when pulled. I clipped around the top teeth of an outer breast pocket zipper because the inner material of the pocket was too slippery. PROS:Clip is very secure once fastened.Silicon grips phone well. CONS:Clip does not hold well on some thin or slippery materials. (Add silicon to the clip's teeth perhaps?)Corner(s) can roll off device during removal from garment pockets.

fine for safety of the smartphone;not so good is, that silicone is over the camera lens at back side
