I love my KOALA! I snowboard throughout the winter, and I am the only person in my friend group to never drop their phone thanks to my KOALA!

I was always losing my phone. Its a huge phone with an Otterbox, So it wouldnt fit in my pocket, and It even popped out of my small purse on several occasions...Now, I have attached a carabiner clip to the Hangtime cord, and I clip the carabiner to my belt loop or to the loops on my purse, and the phone is totally secure! Great quality, too.. definitely worth the cost. It doesnt cover the camera lenses or any of the phones buttons either.. I'll never be without one again! As a matter of fact, now my husband wants one..

The phone harness fits perfectly over my phone and keeps it secure, I highly recommend it!!!

Simple to use and very secure. The clip attached to the holder by a bouncy coil is extremely secure. The only drawback is the holder covers the camera lens on the back of the phone so one would have to slip the phone out of the holder to use the camera.

Twice in the last week or so I had to walk over the back yard to retrieve my phone which had fallen out of my pocket while mowing or shovelling or some other yard work. Now the Koala is keeping my phone attached to my work clothes so even if I am bending over or moving things around I don't lose the phone. An perfect solution for me. I had to give just 4 stars because I do have to fiddle with the harness when I want to take a photo, but it's workable.

I haven’t use it yet, but it fits my iPhone 11 with a slim case on it. Looking forward to using it on our boat. I can lean my phone over the edge to take pictures and Not worry about dropping it!

I haven't used it yet ut I think it would work well. One idea. Offer a lariat with it so putting it around the neck is an option. I'd prefer that so as not to attach to a shirt.

The Koala works well. The tether could be a little longer, but the clamp works very well.

It fits a big phone case, I love the turquoise color. Easy to get on and off. Only minus is the belt clip isn't removable--not easy for wrist wear.

Works even with my pop socket. I was nervous it wouldn’t fit with my pop socket, but the opening in the back works perfectly. Great product. Will buy more for gifts.

I was skeptical about this being what I need for my phone, I work commercial construction and my phone is always at risk, heat and sweat in pants pockets. Belt clips leave it exposed to being knocked off or crushes. I wear a safety vest with a chest pocket, which is an ideal pocket for the phone but it would fall out when I leaned or bent over . I was not sure the product would fit my phone or be durable enough.The product quality far exceeds my expectations and it will surely fit any phone large or small. My only regret is that I didn't order two.I have shown it to many of my coworkers and bragged about how well it works. I would suggest Hangtime focus more marketing toward trades and construction as there are many in the trades in need of this product

My husband and I love our Koalas! We are an insanely active family and have had issues with constantly breaking phones. These tethers are perfect for our lifestyle, but there is a small issue with the Samsung Galaxy A10e - the right corner of the holder constantly presses either the volume or power buttons (which are both on the same side in this model). Luckily the Koalas still work well enough for us with only 3 corners attached. Will probably make my next phone purchase to better fit the Koala! Another silly note - it drives our family crazy that the product name is Koala but that your logo is a sloth. First pointed out by my animal crazy 5 year old and now we can't unsee it! ;) Not to worry though - love the product enough to tolerate the cognitive dissonance!

I’m using the phone harness when chillen on my paddle board. This is a huge upgrade from my the clear plastic case/necklace thing I was using, which would often butt dial and made photos look like garbage. Now with the harness I can use my phone like normal while on my board and I’m not afraid of dropping it into the lake. Very happy with this babe.

Exactly what I was looking for to take my phone with me kayaking. The phone is waterproof, but I was terrified of it going overboard and sinking to the bottom of the lake. Holds the phone well and doesn’t interfere with the camera or other functions. The clip stays on clothing, belt loops, and life jacket straps very well.
