I attached it to my belt loop, and even if it falls out of my hand it never hits the ground!! I love it! I deliver mail for a living and when I have to get out and walk around apartment complexes, I like that nobody can take it out of my pocket if my hands are full and the fact that even if it were to fall out of my pocket it will still be with me!

Fast delivery! Haven't been skiing since I got it but will be testing it next week. I am really paranoid about dropping my phone while on the chairlift, cold hands and all that. My only complaint is that the clip is so tight that I can't really clip it to anything, I'll have to eat my Wheaties

Bought two last winter for skiing, snowshoeing and snowboarding. Due to social distancing we opted to spend the summer break camping around Northern Nevada, Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Whether it was SUPping, fishing, or just plain old hiking our KOALA’s made sure our phones were ok and stayed with us. We misplaced one in our garage (probably with the camping gear) so I ended up ordering two more so when we find the other one we can keep two with out winter gear and two with out summer gear. These are the BRST THINGS EVER. Hubby has an iPhone while I have a plus and they are perfect for both.

I'm a very careful person, and thought I would not need a product like the KOALA - Super-Grip Smartphone Harness. I was mistaken. I was taking a photo of the New York City skyline from my terrace on the tenth floor. One of the many New York City pigeons decided my terrace would be a good place to rest for a while. I try to discourage this kind of behavior, by acting very aggressively towards them - hoping they will realize they are not welcome. I quickly turned and hissed at them, and raised both hands in a threatening gesture. (Don't worry, I would never hurt any animal - it was just an act.) I wasn't holding my iPhone tight enough, and it flew out of my hand and over the terrace railing. I wouldn't be writing this review if it didn't have a happy ending. Since it was clipped to my belt, it only went a few feet down, and sprung back at me. It did hit the railing on the return trip, but there was no damage. I can only imagine what would have happened had it not been secured in the harness - ten stories is a long way to fall. Thank you Koala. Incidentally, the pigeon flew away, and to my knowledge, never returned. The photo is of the NYC skyline, not the KOALA, in case you wondered.

Fits my iPhone 11 with LifeProof case perfectly. Doesn't interfere with buttons. Feels very secure when tethered to my clothing.

I bought this specifically for our trip to Kauai. It was an invaluable tool for 7 foot seas, slippery deck, and rain along the Na Pali coast. Never in my mind did I think, "what would happen if I dropped my phone in the ocean?". Perfect companion for out door travel.

Works so well that I was walking around with it dangling from the leash and it did not fall. Had phone slip out of my hand on ski lift and it just dangled com the pocket I had clipped it to. Maybe Dave’s my marriage

This is a great product. My phone is safe and secure and I love the way the clip holds my jacket. I can see many other uses for this too!

My husband is an avid skier and loves to take photos while skiing. So after 2 times losing his phone by having it fall out of a half zipped pocket, I decided get him a Koala and voila...no more lost phone!!

Never felt so comfortable taking my phone out for scenic shots on the chairlift! Easy to use and a small price to pay to protect my phone.

I love the security this product gives, especially when traveling/hiking. My only negative comment would be to watch the placement of the cover with regards to your camera. My phone has the camera high and centre. I was reviewing pics from my last trip and many had a red halo to them, due to the cover actually crossing into the edge of the lens. I was always repositioning (when I remembered). I see the photos on the website show phones with cameras in the upper corner. I may have to put this away until my next phone.

Bought one for a fisherman so phone does not end up in the creek and one for a skier so phone does not end up under the lift!!

I have an iPhone 11 Pro and bought this product reading the disclaimer assuming it would cover some of the lense. However I also use a fairly large case with a rubber backing and that lets the koala to grip at different points on my case and not cover the camera

I bought KOALAs for my husband and children who are avid skiers. They’ve never actually dropped one of their phones from the ski lift, but have often witnessed others do the same. When I saw this product pop up in my feed I knew that I needed these for my family. They work fantastically and are much less expensive than buying a new phone. My husband and kids seem to love them! They clip them to their ski jacket or pants and away they go. No more worries about losing their phones on the slopes!

I purchased one for me and my wife. The rubber edges sometimes slip off when taking them out of our pockets. We do a lot of skiing and purchased these specifically to mitigate the fear of dropping an iPhone off the chair lift. Like anything, you just have to be careful and cognoscente of the units attachment. I also wished the leash was a bit longer so you don't have to max out the leash every time you want to look at your phone or take a picture.

Love the strong clip and bungee. I like my phone without a protective case.But it’s also prone to drops. I’m a graceful guy. LOL. The Koala allows me to appreciate the art and design of my iPhone 11 while protecting it and me from mishaps. Only issue is that the straps sometimes cover the power and volume buttons and may set them off. Seems like the Koala is super well made and will last forever. Will recommend to family and friends.
