Strapped it to my pants - went on the salt River in Arizona - my paddleboard got caught in an Eddie and off I went with the phone hanging by my knee. Its all good phone itself is waterproof , best part is I still have a phone!! Great product it did pop one of the sides but it was still gripped in by the other 3.

I ordered this product during their Kickstarter campaign and have loved it ever since! Sometimes I forget about it and drop my phone in a pond while fishing or something, but then I dig it out again and realize just how amazing it is Also great for taking photos on bridges, out of car windows, etc ;)

Won’t lose it overboard on the boat

I got two one for my nephew who is an outdoors kind of guy and who always dropping his phone. The second is for me, being a woman, I can’t always find/wear clothes that have pockets to accommodate my phone. Now that I have the bigger iPhone it is even harder. I am outside a lot gardening, walking etc. and I have been known to drop my phone or misplace it. My KOALA prevents those instances from occurring. Heading to Wyoming next and you can bet I will use it traveling and while there. Also I forgot to apply a coupon code and customer service, Phoebe, was great and got it applied to the order and a refund was issued.

Dog walking mostly. Sometimes hiking in the mountains, but usually no cell reception there anyway.

The Koala is great for all of our outdoor adventures whether we are hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, or river rafting. It holds on tightly to my phone even if only being held on by 3 corners. Keep in mind, however, that if you have the Pixel 4A one of the straps will cover the rear and front cameras. I just slip that corner out of the way if I'm taking a picture and it isn't a big deal. Good range of motion and good materials!

Love how lightweight it is for backpacking. I attach it to my backpack so I don’t drop my iPhone

Strong as promised and even fits my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Although, I do with the strap didn’t cover one of the camera lenses, but it’s not the end of the world. I clipped this to my sweater because I didn’t have a pack or belt loop or anything and even there, it held firm and I wasn’t worried about it. Really happy! Thanks!

Working on and around water, they are priceless.

Had a waterproof case for my iPhone - but then upgraded to an iPhone X and none of the cases really fit well. Was resigned to not having my phone available for photos when we're sailing/paddleboarding. This is PERFECT. Have already used it on a Jeep tour and will use it extensively while on the water.

It’s a game changer for canoe trips. Clip to my life vest and put phone in vest pocket. Fantastic. But... it did slip out a few times at first but not completely. I ended up pushing each corner further down onto the phone so it would hold better which blocked more if the screen and was slightly inconvenient with my gps app. It did not restrict taking photos at all. Despite this it was extremely helpful and I don’t see any way the design could be improved. Just be careful at first. I’m excited to have this.

After my phone survived a scary fall from a balcony, I decided to buy 2 KOALAs. Then, 3 days after the prompt shipment arrived, I forgot to bring mine along... and dropped my phone from waist height onto a rocky beach. I am typing this from my replacement phone; I rarely leave reviews, but the KOALA would have saved me so much trouble! The design is super sturdy and allows the phone to be used easily still. I won't be forgetting it again.

I bought my Koala when it was crowdfunded. The quality was and still is excellent. It secures my phone the best of any smartphone harness, and I have tried two others because of the incompatibility with my phone. It is time to redesign or add a Truly iPhone model.
