The real test will be on my next fishing trip. Having lost one phone to the river gods I have been trying various bags which all proved to be less than ideal. Right out of the box ( I should say bag) it looks like the KOALA will do the trick. I particularly like the clip which looks more robust than I expected.

After having my phone fall out of my pocket on a Via Ferrata, this device was a must. I do wish the lanyard was a bit longer and made out of a softer material.

This is my second Koala. One of the corner straps broke on my first after about a year and a half of use. I honestly could have continued to use it like that for day to day use but decided to go ahead and purchase a new one for an upcoming trip. Prior to finding the Koala harness, I used similar products but none lasted more than a few months or so before breaking. As others have mentioned, the harness does cover up the third camera lens but I am able to adjust it so it remains clear. Overall, I’m really happy with the Koala!

Gonna use this at music festival and it seems like itll keep my phone from being stolen when its in my hand.

Took it on a 5 day canoe trip in the Adirondacks. The tether clipped to my life jacket. The phone was held securely and the tether was not too long. Dropped the phone and the tether pulled up before the phone hit the bottom of the canoe. The silicone web is thick and resilient.

I like to take pictures with my phone when I go kayaking. My phone is water proof but I like the security of the KOALA in case something happens out on the water. The problem is when I try to take pictures, the rubber harness blocks the lense. I can pop one corner off the back but I feel like it is not as secure if the phone were to be dropped. If I want to take a selfie, I need move the harness on the front because it covers the lense. I have tried to reposition the harness on the back so it is not covering the lense with mixed results. I will continue to use the KOALA until something better comes along. I have the KOALA clipped to my PFD. By the way, the clip is very secure if used properly.

I always bring my iPhone rock climbing with me to grab some shots of my partners. On multi pitch climbs I am obviously always worried about dropping it to its death. Now I have no more worries. I keep the phone in my pocket. I did put a small carabiner on the leash end and clip it to my gear loop. Its absolutely perfect! No more worries.

Although it holds on to the phone quite well, I don’t like the clip at all and it doesn’t work very well. I wish you had attached some kind of lanyard so I could wear it around my neck.

Perfect for hiking biking or just taking photos I don’t need to trail you don’t have to worry about dropping your phone and it’s great in your bag or your backpack because when you pull something out you don’t accidentally drop your phone either

It feels much safer while we’re kayaking.

This phone harness is the best. As a fly fisherman in the middle of rivers all the time, you cannot make a mistake with your expensive phone trying to take a pic of that trophy trout. The Koala gives you confidence that your phone is gripped to You and it will not come loose!!! Great product.

Looking good and well made. Looking sturdy enough and flexible. Like the clip attachment. Close to covering phones camera, might be an issue with other designs...bit might not.
