I saw these advertised on Facebook, ordered one, took it to several National Parks- Zion, Grand Canyon, Sequoia, Yosemite and The Smokey Mountains, where I did lots of hiking. It fit my iPhone 13 perfectly, didn’t have to remove my pop socket either. I attached it to my backpack and it allowed me to take many pics/videos without having to fumble around in my bag. I’ll recommend this to every adventurous person I meet!

I like the security of the harness when on errands, walking, gardening or family outings. Doesn’t slip out of pockets or hands. At times, one of the corners slip off, but still secures. I’m a senior.

I just got back from the PNW when I saw this advertised. It would have been perfect for my trip because I was nervous about dropping my phone around waterfalls and rocky hikes. At least I'll be prepared for my next trip!

Perfect insurance policy when you're reaching your $800 phone in hand over a 1000'+ edge for "the perfect shot".

I love my Koala. I accidentally ran over my last phone while out on taking Bear pictures one evening. The case was black and it blended in very well. With the Koala I keep track of my phone and it is still there even if I jump out of the car and run!

This product was recommended to me after I kept breaking phones whilst working in the canine handling industry. This harness is fantastic at keeping my phone safe and secure. 10/10 would recommend!

Found this company a few years ago after searching for a better option to those clear pouches you put you phone in when boating. I manage a boat club, and have bought DOZENS of these over the past couple years, not because they have broken, but because every staff member, and even customer that sees one, needs to have it. I don't step foot on the dock without strapping my phone in, and I feel insecure without it. I really enjoyed the original koala with its coiled cord, sometimes it got kinked, but i liked how short the cord was, and it looked more professional. I was a little concerned that the 2.0 would be too long and may fall too low, but i've been impressed with it's quality, its no more cumbersome that the original when its in your pocket, but does take up more space when you have it out on the table, or hanging on the wall. I will say, the one issue we have been having is the rubber "eye" section that connects to the ring is more prone to tears than the 1.0. Keep in mind, ours get used 60-80hrs per week in full sun, so it's to be expected, and I honestly don't mind spending the $30 twice a season to protect a $900 phone. The koala has been an absolute lifesaver, it fits on almost every phone, and the camera still works! I have two wishes, 1. I wish there was a brighter color way, or seasonal color drops. the colors seem a bit muted for an adventure brand, i like them, but would love to see a green, brighter blue, vibrant red. 2. i wish they had one for tablets, maybe not one that connects to your waistband, but some sort of holder that is tablet sized, could use the carabiner maybe?

I run a paddling snorkeling outfit out of Miami so believe me when I say I’ve tried everything. I ended up purchasing an Olympus TG 6 as over a 10 year period I lost 8 phones until I kept seeing your add on my newsfeed. I looked you guys up and compared specs and reviews to your competitors and a few weeks ago mine arrived and been wearing it every night for our downtown Miami river paddle tours and making video content without fear of losing my phone. The design is perfect(IPhone 13pro)and I sense the envy from my fellow paddlers when they see it. Most new phones are already waterproof but the dang things don’t float. I rock my on a Fishpond chest pack, modified front pouch from flies to holding my phone attached to your product, and lemme tell yea, I highly rate this product, and am extremely happy about its quality. You guys rock! - Berto

Never lost grip, I didn't lose my phone despite riding horses in the wilderness!

The rubber band thing slips off my iPhone 13 mini. I think the small size of the phone makes the tension too loose to be secure. Pulling it out of my pocket, the rubber bands would slide off due to the friction on my pocket fabric. It's also annoying how the rubber bands block parts of the screen (clock, bars etc.).

This Koala 2.0 really IS a super grip… I use it walking my 130lb dog, I use it paddle boarding. It’s well made, efficient, strong and keeps my phone safe and nearby no matter how active I am.

I enjoy hiking with my cat. When I go, i also take my phone for emergency contact and to take lots of photos. My cat is leashed and I also carry a backpack for her for when she doesn't feel like walking along any more. additionally, I carry a water thermos strapped cross body. Holding my phone is not optimal the whole hike, nor is it stuffing in a pocket for easy access as it could just as easily fall out. Carefully zipping it away each time in cargo pants is not at all convenient. Those perfect photos are not always posed. The KOALA smartphone harness was the perfect answer. My first hike out i had it clipped to my front belt loop. It was attached just a tad too low for those shots that were over my head. next time I will clip it to the front strap of the backback at chest height. I think that will work better.

I bought this for myself but ended up giving it to my son who is a fisherman. It’s perfect for him to have handy and safe from dropping his phone in the water. Many times his hands are wet (and sometimes slimy and slippery) while fishing. This is a great solution for him. He can still capture those cool videos and photos without fumbling around and risking dropping it in the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean. Lol.

We are going on a trip where we will be taking a lot of photos. We will be in a gondola and on a zip line. We will be on a sail boat and even in a small plane looking at whales! A trip of a lifetime for us and I need to be sure to not lose my phone. The Koala seemed like a great concept but I only bought one. As soon as I got it and gave it a try- I was hooked and bought another! So glad I can be confident about moving around and not having to be so worried about my phone because of the extra security my Koala gives me! Thank you for a great product :)

This is a terrific solution for me to secure my iPhone and keep it handy on the stream while fly fishing. It beats all other tethering and waterproof bagging that I have used in the past.

I used my Koala for the first time recently on a trip to Colorado. It was nice to be able to hang my phone over the railing of deep canyons for the perfect picture and not be afraid it would end at the bottom.

Ordered one of these after seeing ads for it on Instagram. I do quite a bit of hiking and I love taking pics along the way, but I was tired of my phone weighing down my pockets/hanging out past my shorts line or having to stop and dig into a pocket of my backpack. This really keeps your phone in the perfect, reachable spot for all your photo needs! I clip it on to the upper strap of my bag right around my shoulder and then loop it once around the strap so it’s not dangling to far down. I bought the black one and it came just the day before I did a 17 mile weekend hike in Mammoth Lakes. I actually pulled up to my campsite and parked right next to this truck. When I got out I noticed the back cab of the truck had a KOALA advertisement alongside it! Turns out it was the CEO of the brand! I chatted that night with him about climbing. Really cool guy! Such a small world and a really cool story to be able to add to this review!
