The rubber strap could be longer and the rubber straps that go around the corners of the ph are actually in the way of the screen

I can clip my phone on wherever I go and , believe me, it adds hours to my day !

This KOALA phone harness has definitely exceeded my expectations. It fits over my huge chunky phone case and holds onto my phone very securely for all my adventures.

I used my KOALA on a strenuous hiking trip this past weekend. I was wearing a backpack and didn't want to have my phone just sitting in my pocket when I wanted to take pictures. Using the KOALA kept my phone safe and easily accessible.

This product fits my phone perfectly, and the clip thingy works well. My only issue is that I needed it to wear while I'm gardening, and I don't like it dangling free. I'm not sure how to alter it without giving up strength in the hanging thingy, and I'm also not sure how I would want it redesigned. Have no fear, though. It will get used. Think about how to design for the senior who wants to make sure they have their phone with them at all times.

I’ve used my new Koala the past 2 weeks of skiing. I can now take my iPhone out on the lift and not worry that it’s going to slip out of my frozen fingers!!

Working at a ski resort, I love my Koala for chairlift rides and any time I'm off-piste where a quick location check can lead to a dropped and easily lost phone. Even better though, I ordered several for my teammates and forgot to enter a discount code. The customer service in getting it all corrected with superb - quick, frictionless and friendly!!

You can’t use the phone while in the koala because the strap does not reach to your ear

I like knowing that I have the extra security against ever losing/dropping my phone on the trail or in the kayak!

Perfect for skiing and hiking

I have only used it one 3 day hikes so far. 11 miles at Harbison State Forest, rainbow falls trail at Jones Gap State park and table rock trail to the top and back at table rock state park. It worked flawlessly for my iphone 14 pro max and was easily adjustable to not interfer with any cameras. The only issue I ran across was not necessarily the fault of the product than it was of the user i.e. me. If connected to a back pack remove your phone from the koala prior to removing your backpack or the phone may end up inadvertently on rocks/boulders etc. again that is more of a user issue. Thanks

Bought for each of our boys and they all love them… essential for the ski lift!

We took a whale watch off the coast of Maine, a tour of the Thimble Islands in New Eng and learned all about lobsters aboard a working lobster boat. I had a DEATH GRIP on my phone with 2 hands -- no joke. It was a brand new iPhone because I wanted to get the best pics possible. I just kept dreading hearing the "plunk" sound into the water when the boat shifted on the waves and the other tourists pressed against me. I truly don't think I fully enjoyed myself because I was so paranoid. NO MORE!!! Every trip from here on out, my Koala comes along and gives me peace of mind. I am so, so looking FORWARD to my next adventure because there will be no worry and stress.

My son would have lost his phone today when his phone popped out of his pocket on a trail but thankfully the koala was on his phone and it saved it, worth every penny!
