Czere\u015bniowa 22, 63-500 Pota\u015bnia, NIP: 5140367571, REGON: 543524180, KRS: 0001212365<\/li> <li><strong>User<\/strong> \u2013 any natural person who accesses the Service and uses the services provided by the Service Provider through the Service.<\/li> <li><strong>Electronic Communication<\/strong> \u2013 communication between the parties via e-mail and contact forms available on the website.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2>II. General Provisions<\/h2> <ul> <li>These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the operation and use of the Service, as well as the scope of the rights and obligations of Users and the Service Provider in connection with the use of the Service.<\/li> <li>The subject of the Service Provider\u2019s services is the provision of free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Users to access content such as posts, articles, audiovisual materials, web applications, and electronic forms.<\/li> <li>All content, articles, and information published in the Service containing tips or advice are general information only and are not addressed to individual Users. Conditions for Using the Service<\/h2> <ul> <li>Use of the Service by each User is free of charge and voluntary.<\/li> <li>Users are required to read the Terms and Conditions and other documents forming an integral part thereof, and to fully accept their provisions in order to continue using the Service.<\/li> <li>Users may not use any personal data obtained through the Service for marketing purposes.<\/li> <li>Technical requirements for using the Service: <ul> <li>a device with a screen enabling the display of websites,<\/li> <li>an internet connection,<\/li> <li>any web browser that displays websites in accordance with the standards and specifications of the W3C Consortium and supports HTML5 websites,<\/li> <li>enabled JavaScript support,<\/li> <li>enabled cookie support<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <li>To ensure the security of the Service Provider, Users, and other Users of the Service, all Users should comply with generally accepted <a href=\"https:\/\/nety.pl\/cyberbezpieczenstwo\/zasady-ogolne-korzystania-z-sieci-internet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">internet safety rules<\/a>.<\/li> <li>It is prohibited to perform, personally or using software, the following actions: <ul> <li>decompiling or analyzing the source code without written consent,<\/li> <li>causing excessive load on the Service server without written consent,<\/li> <li>searching for security vulnerabilities in the Service or server configuration without written consent,<\/li> <li>attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, or software onto the server or into the database that could harm the Service software, other Users, or the Service Provider,<\/li> <li>attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, or software onto the server or into the database that could track or steal data of Users or the Service Provider,<\/li> <li>taking any actions aimed at damaging the Service, blocking its operation, or preventing it from fulfilling its purpose.<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <li>If a cybersecurity incident or GDPR breach is identified or suspected, Users should first report it to the Service Provider in order to quickly remove the problem or threat and protect the interests of all Users of the Service.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2>IV. Registration Conditions and Rules<\/h2> <ul> <li>Users may use the Service without registration.<\/li> <li>Users must be registered and have an account in the Service in order to use additional services available only after logging in.<\/li> <li>Registration in the Service is voluntary.<\/li> <li>Registration in the Service is free of charge.<\/li> <li>Each User may have only one account in the Service.<\/li> <li>Technical requirements related to account registration: <ul> <li>having an individual e-mail account<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <li>By registering in the Service, Users consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider to the extent entered into the Service during the registration process and subsequently changed or deleted.<\/li> <li>The Service Provider has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend or delete User accounts and thereby prevent or restrict access to some or all services, content, materials, and resources of the Service, in particular if the User violates the Terms and Conditions, generally applicable law, social norms, or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider, other Users, the legitimate interest of the Service Provider, or third parties.<\/li> <li>All services of the Service may be changed in terms of content and scope, added, removed, temporarily suspended, or restricted in access at the sole discretion of the Service Provider, without Users being able to object.<\/li> <li>Additional security rules for account use: <ul> <li>Registered Users are prohibited from sharing their login and password with third parties.<\/li> <li>The Service Provider is not authorized and will never request the User\u2019s account password.<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <li>Account deletion: <ul> <li>Each User with an account in the Service may delete their account independently.<\/li> <li>This can be done after logging in to the User panel of the Service.<\/li> <li>Deleting the account results in the removal of all User identification data and anonymization of the username and e-mail address.<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <\/ul> <h2>V. Conditions for the Provision of the Newsletter Service<\/h2> <ul> <li>Users may use the Service without subscribing to the newsletter.<\/li> <li>Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary.<\/li> <li>Subscription to the newsletter is free of charge.<\/li> <li>Technical requirements related to the newsletter: <ul> <li>having an individual e-mail account<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <li>Conditions for the provision of the newsletter service: <ul> <li>providing an individual e-mail account in the electronic form,<\/li> <li>verifying the provided e-mail account by clicking the link sent,<\/li> <li>consenting to receive e-mail notifications<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <li>Scope of the newsletter service: <ul> <li>notifications about news, posts, contests, and other promotions related to the services of the Service,<\/li> <li>notifications about promotions of the Service\u2019s partners (marketing messages)<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <li>Unsubscribing from the newsletter: <ul> <li>Each User subscribed to the newsletter may unsubscribe from the service independently.<\/li> <li>This can be done via the link included in every e-mail sent.<\/li> <li>Unsubscribing from the newsletter results in the removal of the provided e-mail address from the Service Provider\u2019s database.<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <\/ul> <h2>VI. Conditions of Communication and Provision of Other Services in the Service<\/h2> <ul> <li>The Service provides services and tools enabling Users to interact with the Service in the form of: <ul> <li>contact form<\/li> <li>commenting on posts and articles<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <li>The Service provides contact details in the form of: <ul> <li>e-mail address<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <li>If the User contacts the Service Provider, the Users\u2019 personal data is processed in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/squirrelgear.eu\/en\/dokumenty\/polityka-prywatnosci\">Privacy Policy<\/a>, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.<\/li> <li>Conditions for posting content by Users in the Service: <ul> <li>It is prohibited to publish offensive or defamatory content in the Service against the Service Provider, other Users, third parties, or other entities.<\/li> <li>It is prohibited to publish texts, graphics, audiovisual materials, scripts, programs, and other works in the Service for which the User does not hold a license or whose author has not consented to free publication.<\/li> <li>It is prohibited to publish vulgar, pornographic, erotic, or content inconsistent with Polish and European law in the Service, as well as links to websites containing such content.<\/li> <li>It is prohibited to publish scripts and programs in the Service that excessively load the server, illegal software, software for bypassing security measures, or similar content, as well as links to websites containing such materials.<\/li> <li>It is prohibited to publish marketing content or advertisements for other commercial services, products, services, or commercial websites in the Service.<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <\/ul> <h2>VII. Collection of User Data<\/h2> <p>In order to properly provide the services of the Service, protect the legitimate legal interest of the Service Provider, and ensure the operation of the Service in accordance with applicable regulations, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data about Users through the Service.<\/p> <p>For the proper provision of services, the Service uses and stores certain anonymous information about the User in cookies.<\/p> <p>The scope, purposes, method, and rules of data processing are available in the appendices to these Terms and Conditions: \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/squirrelgear.eu\/en\/dokumenty\/obowiazek-informacyjny\">Information Obligation under the GDPR<\/a>\u201d and in the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/squirrelgear.eu\/en\/dokumenty\/polityka-prywatnosci\">Privacy Policy<\/a>\u201d, which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p> <ul> <li><em>Automatically collected data:<\/em><br>For the proper operation of the Service and for statistical purposes, we automatically collect certain data about the User. This includes: <ul> <li>IP address<\/li> <li>browser type<\/li> <li>screen resolution<\/li> <li>approximate location<\/li> <li>visited subpages of the Service<\/li> <li>time spent on a given subpage of the Service<\/li> <li>operating system type<\/li> <li>address of the previous subpage<\/li> <li>referring page address<\/li> <li>browser language<\/li> <li>internet connection speed<\/li> <li>internet service provider<\/li> <li>anonymous demographic data based on Google Analytics: <ul> <li>gender<\/li> <li>age<\/li> <li>interests<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <\/ul> <p>The above data is collected through the Google Analytics script and is anonymous.<\/p> <\/li> <li><em>Data collected during registration:<\/em><br>Username, first and last name, e-mail address <p>For logged-in Users (with an account in the Service), an identifier linked to the User account may be stored in cookies saved on the User\u2019s device.<\/p> <\/li> <li><em>Data collected when subscribing to the newsletter:<\/em><br>E-mail address<\/li> <\/ul> <h2>VIII. Copyright<\/h2> <ul> <li>The owner of the Service and the copyrights to the Service is the Service Provider.<\/li> <li>Some of the data published in the Service is protected by copyrights held by companies, institutions, and third parties not connected in any way with the Service Provider, and is used on the basis of granted licenses or free licenses.<\/li> <li>Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, it is prohibited, without written consent or consent transmitted by electronic communication from the rightful owner, to use, copy, reproduce in any form, or store in search systems any articles, descriptions, photos, or other content, graphic materials, video or audio content found in the Service, except for the search engines Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn.<\/li> <li>Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, simple press information, understood as mere information without commentary or evaluation by the author, is not subject to copyright protection. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts published in the Service, but not copying entire articles or parts thereof, unless otherwise stated in the relevant material published in the Service.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2>IX. Changes to the Terms and Conditions<\/h2> <ul> <li>All provisions of these Terms and Conditions may be changed unilaterally by the Service Provider at any time without providing a reason.<\/li> <li>Information about changes to the Terms and Conditions will be sent electronically to Users registered in the Service.<\/li> <li>In the event of changes to the Terms and Conditions, their provisions come into force for Users without an account in the Service immediately after publication.<\/li> <li>In the event of changes to the Terms and Conditions, their provisions come into force for Users with an account registered in the Service before the change after a transition period of 7 days.<\/li> <li>It is agreed that any User who continues to use the Service after a change to the Terms and Conditions fully accepts them.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2>X.
