This product does what it is supposed to do! Modern cell phones are not designed to be held in human hands (personal opinion) and are too easily dropped. If you’re an active person and find yourself taking pictures or otherwise using your phone in situations where dropping your phone would be catastrophic to the phone (hanging over a ship’s railing or hiking in steep, rocky ground) you need the extra security the Koala Super-Grip provides. I place the strap loop around my wrist and feel confident to reach out and capture whatever image I want.
I lost my original Koala Harness in a house move and didn’t hesitate to reorder a replacement.
