I’ve had the KOALA for a couple of weeks and it’s already saved me from dropping my phone while hiking at least three times, and once because I tripped! We live in Flagstaff, AZ, and spend significant time walking and hiking with our dog. Although I like to try to remain present, there are times when I need to be on my phone, whether it’s for dealing with a work issue or for trying to capture a neat picture or video of my dog. I’ve dropped my phone a few times over the years and have a good protective case on it, but the KOALA gives me the comfort that when the phone slips out of my hand for whatever reason, the phone won’t make it to the ground. I like both the clasp and the clamp, which are useful for me in different situations. Although I usually like to get gear in pink (my favorite color), the orange color is vibrant and works well for me. Putting the KOALA on and taking it off is simple and easy, and so far I haven’t had any issues with the back strap interfering with the camera lenses. After using it for a couple of weeks, I don’t know why or how I’ve managed without it for so long and wish I’d purchased it sooner. 🙂
