First of all, I love my koala. I got it specifically for boat rides in the summer, but I am finding it very reassuring running around the grocery stores, kids’ games, and running with the dog. When my koala arrived, I unfortunately cut into it while I was trying to open the packaging. Oh joy! I got in touch with Customer Service and told them what I had done. I also sent photos. To show you what good folks they are, they said don’t worry about it, will send you a new one and explained how to get the packaging open. And they even sent me the original collar that I had chosen.
