I've used this product multiple times for multipitch climbing. I have not yet dropped my phone, but the clip seems sturdy enough to hold on as long as it's properly secured. I feel a lot better bringing my phone on climbs and have been able to take so many more photos!

I bought 4 of these and love the concept but the clip is very hard to open and to clip onto clothing.

I am so glad I found the Koala. I am the type of person that takes pictures on the ski lifts and I worry that I could drop my phone. With the Koala, I have no worries. I have a popsocket on my phone and the Koala fits around it. It does, however, need to be clipped on to something thick that it can grip like on to a zipper. Other than finding a secure location to clip it, the Koala is a great item to add to my snowboarding gear.

It is now approaching 2.5 weeks since I ordered two KOALA's. The shipper still has no idea when they will arrive (I live in the same small town where KOALAs are from).... I ordered them for friends after loving them from my first order. Fingers crossed that I'll get this order delivered someday someday soon!

The quality appears very good and tough. The clasp is not spring loaded but locks over whatever you decided to attach it to for a secure connection.

The KOALA has a clip with a bungee and it saves your phone from having that spider web look. In the construction field your phone take a beating.

This is one of my favorite buys for skiing - my phone stays secure and I can take it out on the lift with no concerns. Looking forward to using it when I ride my motorcycle too. Bought another to give to my son!

I've been looking for something like this! I often want to take a photo in situations where dropping my phone would be disastrous. Now I don't have to worry about losing or destroying my phone.

Works great for keeping my phone secure while skiing, dirt biking etc. I was nervous about taking my phone because I’ve lost them in the past. Not I have it to take pictures of my kids while we are on adventures.

I actually lost a phone overboard when I got back to the dock. Now I’ve got one that I always use when I’m on the boat. I’ve also gone up ski lift and seen people looking around under the lift for their dropped phone as I passed over their head. I bought two of these for my sons to use while skiing.

the concept is great but the straps cover the side phone buttons as well as part of the face of the phone so i couldn't use the phone properly

I'm currently in a tropical country with tons of beaches, unique terrain, and mountain-forests -- the KOALA makes my phone feel more secure when I'm adventuring. Bonus hack for the people who like to attend music festivals, concerts, and raves: use it!

I already had two of these and absolutely love them. I’ve been using them for snowboarding and when hiking and biking. I wanted to get a friend of mine one so I ordered a new one but had some shipping issues and never received them. Contacted the company and they immediately rectified and sent me a replacement order.

I'm not the clumsy one. My roommate is. We're talking about someone who sleeps on the floor so he doesn't have to worry about falling out of bed. So far the KOALA has been 100% percent successful in preventing fall-outs, forgetfulnesses and all other whoopses. This is a serious, serious product.

Overall experience was great. The Koala really helps when fingers are too cold and things are easily dropped. Knowing that my iPhone Xs Max is safe and sorted does make life a little easier.Dropping things in deep fluffy snow usually means that you don’t see them again till the spring, phones are no exception.
