I use my Koala while fly fishing. I like the concept of having my phone readily accessible but safely tethered. The clip seems like it will hold firmly in all situations, but I will add a small D ring to attach the Koala to a loop on my fishing vest when I am wading. I would like about 6 to 9 more inches of stretch on the tether.

Excellent piece of kit, ordered 2, one had a problem. Lifetime warranty was honoured and replacement received this morning. Looking forward to using it during this years' fieldwork season. (I work at night, sometimes in ponds and rivers. Losing or dunking the phone never good!)

I received a Koala for Christmas 2 years ago. It goes on EVERY adventure with me & has lasted through multiple phone upgrades (iphones). I ski, hike, bike & SUP all year long and my Koala has saved my phones from so many catastrophes! I think EVERYONE who does ANYTHING active should have a Koala!

Strapped it to my pants - went on the salt River in Arizona - my paddleboard got caught in an Eddie and off I went with the phone hanging by my knee. Its all good phone itself is waterproof , best part is I still have a phone!! Great product it did pop one of the sides but it was still gripped in by the other 3.

I ordered this product during their Kickstarter campaign and have loved it ever since! Sometimes I forget about it and drop my phone in a pond while fishing or something, but then I dig it out again and realize just how amazing it is Also great for taking photos on bridges, out of car windows, etc ;)

Won’t lose it overboard on the boat

I got two one for my nephew who is an outdoors kind of guy and who always dropping his phone. The second is for me, being a woman, I can’t always find/wear clothes that have pockets to accommodate my phone. Now that I have the bigger iPhone it is even harder. I am outside a lot gardening, walking etc. and I have been known to drop my phone or misplace it. My KOALA prevents those instances from occurring. Heading to Wyoming next and you can bet I will use it traveling and while there. Also I forgot to apply a coupon code and customer service, Phoebe, was great and got it applied to the order and a refund was issued.
