The clip doesn’t hold to thin inner pockets on my jacket where I would normally keep my phone. I have to put the clip on the outside and sip up the zipper, leaving a little hole for snow and cold to get In. Make the clip hold thinner material. I melted mine and bent it so now it works ok.
