Mount Snow is our home ski resort, and it’s easy to retrieve a dropped phone from a chair lift – dropped phone is the new dropped ski pole or mitten of my youth. But we had an Xmas trip to Vail planned, where retrieving a dropped phone in the Back Bowls is a lot more difficult. Our family of five teens never needed the KOALA, but it gave me peace of mind that our phones were on it! Thanks!!
