I like to take pictures with my phone when I go kayaking. My phone is water proof but I like the security of the KOALA in case something happens out on the water. The problem is when I try to take pictures, the rubber harness blocks the lense. I can pop one corner off the back but I feel like it is not as secure if the phone were to be dropped. If I want to take a selfie, I need move the harness on the front because it covers the lense. I have tried to reposition the harness on the back so it is not covering the lense with mixed results. I will continue to use the KOALA until something better comes along.

I have the KOALA clipped to my PFD. By the way, the clip is very secure if used properly.
